We, i3 Membrane GmbH, Bautzner Landstrasse 400, 01328 Dresden, Germany, collect data during the initiation, conclusion, performance, and rescission of sales contracts. This data is collected, stored, and processed by us.

a. Your visit to our web pages is logged. Essentially, the data collected encompasses the IP address currently being used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC, and the pages viewed by you. As a rule, we cannot reference this data to specific persons and also have no intention to do so.


B. Usage and Transmission of Data

a. The personal data (i.e., particulars about personal or objective circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person) which you provide to us, e.g., through a contact inquiry and/or a purchase order or by e-mail (e.g., your name and address or your e-mail address) are processed only in order to correspond with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided the data to us. We will transmit your data to the shipping company instructed to make the delivery only insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For processing of payments, we will transmit your payment data to the credit institute instructed to handle the payment.

b. We declare that, for the rest, we will not transmit your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so or you have granted us your prior permission. Insofar as we use service companies to carry out and handle data processing operations, the contractual relationships will be governed by the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act.

C. Consent and Revocation of Consent

If you have provided your personal data to us, you can delete it again at any time. Data for billing and accounting purposes is unaffected by cancellation of contract / revocation of consent and/or deletion.

D. Retention Period

Personal data that has been provided to us via our website will be stored only as long as necessary to accomplish the purpose for which we have been entrusted with it. Insofar as we are required to comply with statutory retention periods mandated by commercial law and tax law, certain data may be retained for a period of up to 10 years.

I. Right to data portability
