Preparation of the filter change

  • In order to obtain access data for the app, you have to register at the following link: www.i3trackapp.de/en/anmeldung

    Enter the name of the company/hospital, the department (e.g., Engineering/Hygiene), a user name (e.g., Engineering 1), and your e-mail address.

    Confirm the privacy policy and click the orange Send button.
    You will receive an e-mail with your personal password within two working days.

  • Using your smartphone or tablet, open the Internet browser, preferably Google Chrome (Internet Explorer is not recommended).

    Open the following link: lighti3wechselapp.assetas.de Switch the language (german: Sprache) to English.

    Click on one of the menu icons at the top or bottom of the screen.

    Add the app to your home screen. To do this, click on one of the following options and confirm it.

  • Using your smartphone or tablet, open the Internet browser, preferably Google Chrome (Internet Explorer is not recommended).

    Click the share icons at the top or bottom of the screen.

    Add the app to your home screen. To do this, click on one of the following options and confirm it.

  • Click on the i3 icon on your home screen to launch the i3 trackApp. Select your language and enter the password that was sent to you via e-mail. Then click on the orange register button.

    (The password is only needed once for the login).

  • Click on the i3 icon on your home screen to launch the i3 trackApp.

    Click on the menu icon at the top of the screen.

    Configuration Language & Camera

    Select configuration.

    To change the language, click the language button and select German or English.

    To change the camera used to scan the filters, click the camera button and select the back camera (usually labeled "Back").

Performing the filter change

  • Click on the i3 icon on your home screen to start the i3 trackApp.

    The filter change overview opens. Click on the orange button with the plus symbol (+) to create a filter change.

    Enter a name for the filter change (e.g. Filter Change Building A).
    Enter one or more e-mail addresses to which the filter change report should be sent.

    If necessary, modify the change cycle if it differs from 49 days.
    Then click on the orange button with the save icon to confirm the entries.

    The filter change has now been created and is displayed as follows:

  • When you change a filter for the first time, you must record every point where a filter is in use once with the app. To do this, go with the filters to the corresponding water points that are to be equipped with a filter.

    When you are on site and ready to install the filter, click the orange open filter change button.

    Click on the orange button add filter point.

    The following screen for entering the filter point is displayed:

    Click on the orange scan icon. The camera screen opens, which closes automatically after 10 seconds.

    Hold the DataMatrix Code of the yellow packaging label in front of the camera.

    The serial number is scanned and the filter type is automatically recognized. Then enter the room, station, floor and building where the filter is installed. You can leave a note (e.g. shower hose must be replaced). Then click on the orange button with the save icon to finish entering the filter point.

    Add more points where filters are in use to the filter change by clicking on the orange button add filter point.

  • Once you have created all of the points where filters are in use you can finish the filter change by clicking the blue finish filter change button.

  • Click the green send report button and confirm the entry to send the filter change report.

    The report is sent as a PDF-file to the e-mail address that was defined when the filter change was created. It usually takes 15 minutes to receive the e-mail. The filter change is then displayed as follows:

    You can resend the filter change at a later date. To do this, click on the green resend report button.

  • Click on the orange button rerun filter change if you want to carry out a filter change again (after 49 days).

    The new filter change is displayed with a grey background as follows:

    Click on the orange button open filter change to start the filter change.

    The filter change mask opens and all of the points where filters in use were included during the initial installation are displayed. Select one of the filter points.

    Select another Filter Point

    The filter point opens. The filter type, room, station, floor and building are already stored with data. Press the scan icon to capture the serial number of the filter.

    Select another filter point in order to continue the change.

    Repeat this process until all of the filters have been changed.

  • If a filter change, that has already been created, is to be carried out by another user and therefore on a different device, click on the small black arrow (a) for the corresponding filter change. Select share filter change (b) and click the play button.

    You will receive a code that you must enter on the target device. To do this, click on the orange plus symbol (+) on the target device and select import filter change.

    The following interface opens:

    Enter the code and press the play button to import the filter change. Select rerun filter change and, if necessary, change the email address to which the report should be sent.

More functions & configurations

  • Click on the menu icon.

    Selecting the Right Camera

    You can access the camera settings via the menu item configuration. Select the Back Camera here.

  • Open the corresponding filter change and click the small black arrow.

    Change the Order of the Filter Point

    Select change order in the drop-down menu. Now you can move the filter points with your finger.

  • Click on the small black arrow and then on edit that appears in the drop-down menu.

    Modifications

    Now you can customize the name, the recipients of the report (e-mail addresses) and the change cycle.

  • Click the small black arrow and select remove from the drop-down menu.

    NOTE: The filter change is permanently deleted.

  • If you want to see how many filters are required for the filter change for each department or in total, then you can click on summary in the drop-down menu. The filter numbers are then displayed.

  • The reminder function can be activated when creating a new filter change or when editing an existing filter change. To do this, click on create new filter change or edit filter change.

    Activate the reminder function and enter the number of days you would like to be notified before the upcoming filter change (e.g.: 2) and click on the save icon:

    In this case, you will receive an e-mail reminder of the upcoming filter change 2 days before the filter change.
