Laboratory filtration

The demands on laboratory filtration products are extensive. Unlike in the areas of analytical sample preparation and environmental analysis in which largely flat membranes are used for liquid filtration, filters whose membranes avail of a defined pore size with comparably high flow rates and low hold-up volumes are advantageous in the filtration of colloidal solutions, cell culture basal media and liquids containing proteins and lipids.

The membranes are particularly suitable for sterile filtration of cell culture media, efficient filtration of charged solutions and also for cleaning biomolecules and virus analysis.
