This past year was quite challenging. The war in Ukraine and its ramifications cost us all a lot of energy. In spite of the sharp increase in raw material and energy costs, we were able to keep prices stable and supply clinics and laboratories with our products without any restrictions. We will guarantee this in 2023 as well, thus counteracting any further financial burden on hospitals and clinics, while continuing to make an important contribution toward the prevention of infections*.
We were able to obtain an even larger share of the market with our laboratory and pharmaceutical products. And, in the meantime, leading companies worldwide are benefiting from the high quality of our gold-sputtered membranes. In addition to environmental analysis and particle analysis in the liquid pharmaceuticals sector, these filters are being used more and more – particularly in the rapidly growing segment of microplastics.
Despite the current crisis, this past year also produced a number of beautiful and positive moments. Moments of particular importance to us, and shaped by the many years of trust and cooperation with you. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, and we are already looking forward to the New Year together with you.
